From Puglia to Texas

Cooking the flavors
I grew up with.

Meet Isabella

Born and raised in Puglia, Isabella grew up surrounded by recipes, traditions, and family gatherings where food meant connection, celebration, and love.

The Pittula Story

After moving to Texas, I started Pittula to share the flavors, warmth, and simplicity of authentic Puglian food.

AUTHENTIC PUGLIAN ROOTS

The flavors of home,
shared in Texas.

Traditional recipes, handmade food, and the warmth of Southern Italian culture.

I grew up in Southern Italy, where food was always about family, tradition, and time spent together around the table.

Some of my earliest memories are in my grandmotherโ€™s kitchen, learning recipes through gestures, stories, and everyday moments. From focaccia barese baked with olive oil and sea salt to handmade sweets and comforting baked dishes, every recipe carried the feeling of home.

After moving to Texas nearly ten years ago, I started Pittula to share those same flavors and traditions with a new community โ€” bringing a small piece of Puglia to local markets, gatherings, and family tables.

Today, Pittula is my way of sharing authentic Italian food made with care, simplicity, and heart.
