2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to place an order through our website.
By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Products
Pittula specializes in authentic Italian food products, including fresh baked goods, desserts, and specialty items.
Because many of our products are handmade and freshly prepared:
- availability may vary;
- slight variations in appearance, size, or color may occur;
- product photographs are for illustrative purposes only.
These variations do not constitute defects.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are shown in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Confirmed orders will always be charged using the price displayed at the time of purchase.
5. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by Pittula.
After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- product unavailability;
- pricing errors;
- suspected fraud;
- payment authorization failure;
- violations of these Terms.
6. Payment
Payments are securely processed through WooPayments.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.
Pittula does not process or store complete payment card information on its own servers.
7. Pickup Orders
Pittula operates primarily through scheduled pickup locations.
During checkout, customers must select:
- a pickup location;
- an available pickup date;
- a pickup time, where applicable.
Orders are prepared specifically for the selected pickup appointment.
Customers are responsible for arriving at the selected pickup location during the scheduled pickup period.
8. Missed Pickups
Because our products are freshly prepared and highly perishable, orders that are not collected on the selected pickup date and within the designated pickup period are considered abandoned.
Unclaimed orders:
- cannot be refunded;
- cannot be replaced;
- cannot be credited toward future purchases.
Failure to collect an order does not release the customer from payment obligations.
9. Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order has been submitted and payment has been completed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review all order details before completing checkout.
10. Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
Refunds are issued only when:
- the wrong products were supplied;
- products are materially defective;
- an order cannot be fulfilled due to an error caused by Pittula.
Refund requests must be submitted promptly after pickup and include sufficient information to evaluate the request.
11. Product Availability
Occasionally, certain products may become unavailable.
If this occurs, Pittula may:
- contact the customer to offer a suitable replacement;
- issue a partial refund;
- cancel the affected item if necessary.
12. Allergens
Many of our products contain or may come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to:
- wheat;
- gluten;
- milk;
- eggs;
- tree nuts;
- peanuts;
- soy;
- sesame.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and contacting us before placing an order if additional allergen information is required.
Pittula cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
13. Food Safety
Our products are intended for prompt consumption.
Customers are responsible for following any storage or handling instructions provided with the products.
Pittula is not responsible for quality deterioration caused by improper storage after pickup.
14. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- provide accurate information;
- maintain current contact information;
- collect orders on time;
- comply with all applicable laws;
- refrain from misuse of the website.
15. Intellectual Property
All content available on the Pittula website, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, product names, photographs, graphics, text, recipes where applicable, and website design, is the property of Pittula Italian Goodies LLC or its licensors.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written authorization.
16. Website Availability
Although we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to:
- maintenance;
- technical failures;
- internet outages;
- third-party service interruptions.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pittula shall not be liable for:
- indirect damages;
- incidental damages;
- consequential damages;
- lost profits;
- delays caused by circumstances beyond our control;
- customer failure to collect orders.
Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
18. Force Majeure
Pittula shall not be responsible for delays or failures resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including:
- natural disasters;
- severe weather;
- governmental actions;
- transportation disruptions;
- power outages;
- pandemics;
- supplier failures.
19. Pickup Location or Schedule Changes
In exceptional circumstances, including severe weather, market closures, operational issues, or events beyond our reasonable control, Pittula may modify a pickup location, date, or time.
When reasonably possible, affected customers will be notified using the contact details provided with the order. Pittula may offer an alternative pickup arrangement, replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
20. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
21. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Texas.

Pittula reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
